This mashup kinda just “happened” one lazy afternoon spinning a few tunes. Thought it was worth a re-record and share 😉
Turned out quite a sweet-ass track! Cred goes to the legendary First Choice singer Rochelle Fleming for vocals and Brame & Hamo for the base track Hotshot. Love that groove!
Songs from the big Chair is one of my most favourite albums EVER.
This is just a quick mashup of the classic track “Everybody Wants To Rule The World” and a beautiful vocal “Dub Be Good To Me”.
“Can U dance to my beat?”
I made this back in 2008. Every Woman is such a good track I thought Whitney deserved a more classic version, with gorgeous strings and funky beats. It’s about time I shared 🙂
Here’s a quick mashup i did of Louis Bendetti’s Getaway and Fish Go Deep’s Cure and The Cause.
Nice and smooth!
Here’s another quick mashup I made that mixes Atjazz & Domu’s City Madness with Ross Couch’s Ocean Drive
Recently found this excellent disco track Feeling High so decided to knock up my own house-orientated version live in Traktor. I think it’s got one hell of a groove 😉
The result of some new studio toys – Logic Pro and an Arturia Analogue Laboratory sythesiser!
This remix takes a beautiful Electro House track and transforms it into Ambient Dubstep.
I just recently bought Traktor Pro 2.5 and so was having a quick mess about with the loop function, FX and filters this afternoon. What an amazing piece of software!
This is a LIVE remix of Young MC’s Bust A Move and Deadmau5′ Community Funk made with no hardware controller (just a laptop trackpad) so it’s not the sharpest but was bloody good fun!
I faded the end out slowly to make it easy to mix another track into. Just gotta get me a Kontrol S4 now, live editing on a laptop sucks.
And yeah I used the sync button, but I’ve been manually beat matching on 1200’s for donkeys years so what ya gonna do 😛
A beautiful acoustic song by famous Jazz singer Diana Krall, retouched for 2013 into a jazzy double speed Drum & Bass track.
IT’S THE BIG ONE!
I’ve been itching to do this project for ages – Gat Decor’s 1992 house classic “Passion” and soul diva Ce Ce Penistan’s “Finally”. Two wicked old tunes mashed into one, made specially for an old mate of mine who’s FINALLY getting hitched! Congrats Jules and Caz 🙂
