I tried desperately to do a Soul Sessions this month but the standard of vocal house about at the moment is just abysmal, so what else to do but fall back on the old faithful -> no bullshit, bare bones, sliced & diced jackin’ house – guaranteed to please those who like to groove!
We haven’t been to Geisha for a while and I’m getting withdrawal symptoms, so I felt it’s about time I mixed up some deep fried disco cuts full of funky basslines and chopped up jackin’ dubs to remind me of “home”. For now I’ll just have to stick my headphones on, close my eyes and imagine I’m bouncing around under the glitterball sky with a jack ‘n coke and sporting a big grin. Yep, it’s working!
